Knitting
Knitting involves creating multiple loops of yarn, known as stitches, in a line or tube. It is characterised by having several active stitches on the needle at any given time. Knitted fabric is made up of consecutive rows of interlocking loops. As each row progresses, a new loop is drawn through one or more loops from the previous row, transferred to the receiving needle, and the previous loops are released from the other needle.
